David Lowery (The Green Knight, Pete’s Dragon) is penning and directing An Almost Christmas Story, which is nan 3rd and last installment of shaper Alfonso Cuarón’s vacation shorts collection.
The animated short movie is inspired by nan existent events of a mini owl, Rocky – short for Rockefeller, recovered and rescued from nan Rockefeller Center Christmas character successful 2020.

Cuarón’s first short was Le Pupille, which earned an Oscars information successful 2022, and nan 2nd 1 was past year’s The Shepherd, which was shortlisted, some of these were unrecorded action films.
